Today we will be learning how to draw Totodile, Pokemon #158! Totodile is an adorable little blue lizard Pokemon that takes his inspiration from a crocodile. He’s also super simple to draw, so grab your pencil and let’s get started!
To start with, we will first need to draw a circle for Totodile’s body and a square shape above that for his head.
Next, connect Totodile’s head and body together and give him some short, thick arms
Next, draw Totodiles five small triangular fingers on each of his hands.
Now we will begin to build out Totodile’s head. Draw the outline of the outer edge of his jaw. He will be smiling with his mouth open in this pose, so make sure to draw Totodile’s jaw outline fairly large.
Now go back and follow the outline to draw the inner part of Totodile’s mouth.
To finish Totodile’s mouth, draw a few sharp triangular teeth along his jaw, and a wide tongue.
Next, draw Totodile’s large oval shaped eye in the center of his head.
Now we need to draw another oval shape near the bottom of Totodile’s eye.
Next, draw two large circles near the bottom of Totodile’s body for the base of his legs.
Draw Totodile’s large square shaped feet at the base of each of the circles you drew in the last step. Be sure to keep the shape of his feet fairly flat and squared off.
Next, draw Totodile’s long crocodile tail with a few large triangular spikes running down his back.
Finally give Totodile a little color. He is a water-type pokemon after all, so the majority of his body should be a blue-green color, with the exception of a yellow chest and red spikes.
And if you’ve finished all these steps, pat yourself on the back! I hope you had fun learning how to draw Totodile with me. Stop back for more, and as always, happy drawing!
