To get Piplup started, we’ll first need to draw a large circle for his head, and another square shape beneath it for his body.
This square should be slightly bend inward at the bottom to form two bulges where Piplup’s legs will be.
Next, give Piplup an oval shaped beak, and the swooped design on his face. Draw a small bowtie shape below Piplup’s head.
Give Piplup two smiling eyes by drawing upside down “U” shapes. Draw Piplup’s simple oval arms extending from each side of his body.
Finally, draw Piplup’s bulbous tail, and give him two simple oval shaped feet.
As you can see in the image on the left, if we draw one of his feet pointing downward, and the other pointing up, we almost make Piplup look as though he’s jumping.
Color Piplup in shades of blue and white, and add him to your Pokemon collection!
