I have gotten a few requests for a tutorial on how to draw a cherry. I have been putting this one off solely for the fact that no matter how hard I try, I can’t make this any longer than just a few steps. Turns out, drawing a cherry is just too easy!
Let’s get going!
To get our cherry started, we’ll first need to draw a circle with a sort of dent at the top.
This dent at the top of the circle is where the stem will rest inside the cherry.
Next, draw a thin stem extending from the dented side of the circle. The stem should be just a little longer than the actual cherry itself.
Right below the stem, where the stem meets the cherry, draw an upward curved line to reinforce the idea of an indentation.
Color your cherry in, give it a little shine, and that’s it! I really tried to milk this tutorial for all it’s worth, but it just is too simple to drag this out into a seven or eight step post.
Anyway… looks delicious!
